Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of apppiggy (“the Service”), available at apppiggy.com. The Service is operated by Apppiggy LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

apppiggy lets you upload HTML files and publish them at shareable links. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and serve that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish or distribute content that:

is illegal, infringes others’ intellectual property, or violates anyone’s rights;
contains malware, phishing, scams, or attempts to deceive or harm visitors;
is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or promotes violence;
sends spam or violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (“Pro”) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe.
Before you start a paid plan, we display the renewal terms (price, billing period, and how to cancel) and ask for your express consent to automatic renewal.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your account (Manage billing); cancelling stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apppiggy LLC, its members, and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will give you advance notice before it takes effect, for example by email or a notice in the Service. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
