Apppiggy LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content published through apppiggy infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice.

How to file a takedown notice

Email our designated agent at dmca@apppiggy.com with the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on apppiggy.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the required information under the DMCA. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue a court order within the timeframe the law allows.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
